I liked this, but it was quite unpizzalike. It was more like a biscuit. Great recipe for times when there is no yeast around.

I made this recipe I use use a cookie sheet to bake. You can Bake just the dough and use it for other things like a veggie or cold pizza. I've even used it for cheese sticks.

This works well in a pinch. It's easy and cheap. My only suggestion is to roll it out thin and par-bake ffor 5-6 minutes. Then add a drizzle of garlic butter (melted butter and minced garlic) to lend flavor to the crust. Add your pizza sauce and toppings. Cheese on top. Delicious! I can't wait to try breadsticks with this recipe!

This dough was very bland even with olive oil and garlic powder added to it. I've had dollar store pizza that was better. Thankfully my toppings were good.

Tastes, bakes, rolls wonderfully. Very easy to make. Aside from the oven fire from pizza grease, today was a good day :)

WOW, surprised me, very good and very easy to make. Mixed it up fast and made a big breakfast pizza. My wife and I both liked it better than the pre-made we buy. Thanks so much for this.

Made this tonight, with the kids... AWESOME! Had to play with the water a bit more, because we doubled the recipe, but it was fab... we did add in a bit more salt to the recipe to flavor the crust, brushed the edges with a melted garlic butter and dusted the cookie sheets with cornmeal....

Very nice/easy dough to work with and roll out. I added Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper to the dry ingredients. It turned out well, but since I'm looking for a thin crust pizza, next time I'll divide the dough in two and see if I can accomplish my goal. I used a pizza stone, but I also need to figure out the best way to crisp up the crust. I followed one reviewer's suggestion to cook the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Great suggestion!

Excellent!! Make it with gluten free flour - even better! Did the coating of olive oil with garlic powder, added a delicious crisp texture and taste. I baked it for 15 minutes without toppings - then added tomato sauce, lightly sauteed vegetables, and mozzarella - baked for another 20 minutes until crust was golden and cheese was browned. Delicious!

5 stars! I did not have yeast, so looked for a recipe and found this. I scurried back to the site to copy it down for my recipe book and in doing so I realized I forgot to add the tablespoon of oil. This turned out perfect despite my biff. My entire family loved this recipe as a thin crust!

 Laona (Wyoming) replies:
Adding on to my review- I forgot to mention I used a large pizza stone- and this recipe made 2 thin crust pizzas. Filled the entire stone, so a perfect recipe for our house.

Great vegan alternative for pizza dough. I made this tonight as a stromboli for my daughter and I. I stuffed mine with pepperoni and swiss and stuffed hers with broccoli and vegan cheese. We were both very happy!
