EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 cut up chicken
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Shake rice over bottom. Lay chicken pieces that have been salted and peppered over rice. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken and spoon on mushroom soup. Pour boiling water over this and bake for 2 hours. If the bottom seems dry, add more boiling water.
