SAUSAGE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. dry lima beans
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
16 oz. tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Soak and cook lima beans until soft, drain. Fry sausage and pour off fat. Mix together lima beans, sausage and rest of ingredients in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

May use 1 pint tomatoes or tomato juice.
