1 head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 sm. bottle bacon bits
1/2 c. cheese or 1 jar cheese bits
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Shred lettuce and cauliflower. Add mayonnaise, bacon bits, cheese and salt. Toss all ingredients as for any other salad.
