CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
Dash of salt

Mix above together in a shaker. Cook in heavy skillet, stirring in milk about 2 1/2 cups or more slowly. Continue stirring until it boils and thickens. If too thin use less milk; if it's too thick use more milk. This is really good served on hot biscuits for breakfast.
