MOTHER'S POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 toes med. garlic, chopped
3 stalks tender celery, chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 (8 oz.) jar Miracle Whip

Boil potatoes with jackets. When cooked, cool and peel. Then cube potatoes and combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor. Serves 8.
