PEPPERONI AND CHEESE PIE 
Monterey Jack cheese
Pepperoni
Flour
Eggs
Milk
Sa lt
Pepper
Parsley

Grate 1 package Monterey Jack cheese, slice pepperoni (1 package) lengthwise, 3/4 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, salt, pepper, and parsley to taste.

In pie plate sprinkle 1/2 cheese on bottom layer pepperoni and pour mixture over pepperoni.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Place the rest of cheese on pie and bake 5 more minutes.
