BANANA SALAD 
Dissolve 1 cup brown sugar in 1 cup sweet milk. Add 1 beaten egg. Cook until thick. Cool.

2 to 3 lb. bananas, sliced
8 oz. Spanish or mixed nuts

Layer of bananas, then nuts until all have been used. Cover all with dressing. Refrigerate. Fix this just before you want to serve it.
