BANANA SPLIT SALAD 
Lettuce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 banana, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise
Lemon juice
2 tbsp. finely chopped nuts
6 thin cantaloupe slices
6 thin honeydew melon slices
1/2 c. watermelon balls
1/2 c. grapes
1/2 c. dark sweet cherries
Mint

Arrange lettuce in shallow serving dish. Place 3 mounds of cottage cheese on lettuce. Dip bananas in lemon juice; coat with nuts. Arrange fruit around cottage cheese, as desired. Garnish with mint. 3 servings.
