BANANA BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed bananas

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Measure all ingredients into a large bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute, scraping sides of bowl. Bake 55-60 minutes - until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely. Freezes well.
