MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 sm. or 1 lg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pt. orange sherbet
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
1 can crushed pineapple (lg.) with juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sherbet and lemon juice and stir until sherbet is dissolved. Add oranges and pineapple. Chill.
