CHICKEN VEGETABLE BAKE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage (may be omitted)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. mixed vegetables
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix first 6 ingredients and cook slowly stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover top with crushed potato chips. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 servings.
