BAKED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES 
Skinned chicken
1 pkg. Lipton dried onion soup
Several sm. whole potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
Onion rings
Green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes or fresh tomato slices

Place skinned chicken parts in roasting pan, sprinkle with soup mix. Add potatoes (Faye says red potatoes are the best). Top with onion and green pepper slices depending on how much you like them. Place tomatoes over this. Bake at 350 degrees until meat and potatoes are well done. Test by inserting fork. On a real hot day this can be done in Dutch oven on top of stove at low temperature setting.
