BLUE BURGERS AND NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1 can Golden mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked fine noodles
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt. Divide into 4 parts. Divide blue cheese into 4 parts and place one in the center of each piece of meat mixture. Shape meat firmly around cheese into patties. Brown patties in skillet. Use butter or shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.

Stir in can of soup, water, noodles, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes approximately 4 servings.
