PEPPERMINT FLUFF | |
4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 3 oz. peppermint candy, crushed 7 oz. marshmallows, cut in quarters 3 c. whipping cream, whipped Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter well; press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch pan. Fold walnuts, candy, and marshmallows into whipped cream. Spread over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for 12 hours. Serves about 18. |
