3 c. fresh peaches, peeled & chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Sprinkle sugar over peaches. Cut marshmallows into small pieces and mix with peaches. Add vanilla extract to cream. Whip and fold into peaches. Chill before serving.
