1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pkgs. Equal
1 pkg. Jello sugar free lemon gelatin
1 sm. can unsweetened peaches
1/2 c. sm. ice cubes

Combine cottage cheese, vanilla, Equal, gelatin powder and ice cubes and blend. Then blend in peaches. Top with non dairy whipped topping.
