CHICKEN NANCY 
4 chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Sherry
2 c. herb stuffing mix
3/4 stick melted butter

Put chicken into casserole and cover with cheese slices. Mix soup and sine and spoon over. Top with stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. (It's very good and very easy.)
