1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
2 round sour dough bread loaves

Thaw spinach, squeeze out moisture. Add soup mix and onion. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; add to spinach mixture. Serve in hollowed out bread, saving pieces of center to scoop up dip. Use other loaf for dipping also.
