RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran 1 c. melted butter 3 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs 5 c. flour 1 qt. buttermilk 2 tsp. salt Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk and stir. Store in covered container in refrigerator for as long as six (6) weeks. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes. |
