RASPBERRY BARS | |
1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 C. powered sugar 1/2 c. raspberry preserves 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1 tbsp. butter Bake brownie mix as directed on package using water, oil, and egg; cool. Mix cream cheese, powered sugar, and preserves; spread over brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Heat chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring frequently until melted; drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Cut into 2 x 1 1/2 inch bars. Refrigerate any remaining bars. 36 bars. |
