BANANA - COCONUT BAKE 
5 med. bananas
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. shredded coconut

Cut bananas crosswise into halves. Cut each half lengthwise into halves. Arrange in greased 9-inch pie plate. Dot with butter; drizzle with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut. Bake in 375 degree oven until coconut is golden, 8-10 minutes.
