1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (kind you cook)

Make the Duncan Hines cake according to directions on the box. For filling combine sugar and pineapple in a saucepan and cook for 20 minutes. Mix the pudding mix with 1/3 cup water. Mix well and add to pineapple and sugar. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes then put the cake together.
