CHINESE SOUP DELECTABLE 
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter or oil

Saute onion in oil. 2/3 c. rice, dry 3 c. cold water 2 c. potato water

Add and cook until rice is nearly tender.

Add hard boiled egg. Serve hot. Vegetarian chicken seasoning can be added sparingly. Taste for saltines. Serves 6. 127 calories per serving.
