CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken, cubes
1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
1 can green beans, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

In large saucepan combine soup and milk. Heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, stir in chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, half of the grated cheese and half of the onions. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
