QUEEN'S MOUTHFULS 
1 lb. pork, cooked or raw
1 inch cube salt pork
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 sprigs parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cream
1/4 c. butter
Pastry

Mince meat, cook for a few minutes in salt pork. Add all other ingredients, except pastry and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool. Roll out pastry to silver dollar thickness. Cut 3 inch rounds. Place a spoonful of meat on half the rounds, top with rest of rounds, pressing edges together with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
