MOSS BALLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (I use NY Cheddar)
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Parsley, finely chopped

Let the cheese stand in the mixer bowl until softened. Mix well. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Make into balls and roll in the parsley. Chill several hours on a plate. Serve with crackers.
