GERMAN SKILLET DINNER 
1 tbsp. butter
1 can sauerkraut, undrained
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

In large skillet, heat butter until melted. Spread sauerkraut evenly over butter in skillet. Sprinkle with rice, then onion. Top with ground chuck, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Cover skillet; cook over low heat, 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender. Makes 4 servings.
