QUICK GERMAN SKILLET 
1 tbsp. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

Melt butter in large saucepan and spread sauerkraut over. Layer with uncooked rice, onion, ground beef, salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cook over low heat 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings.
