PRESSURE STEAK DINNER 
2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Dredge meat in combined flour and salt. Brown in hot fat. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook 10 minutes at 15 pounds pressure. Reduce pressure quickly under cold running water. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 servings.
