OVERNIGHT ROLLS | |
4 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 pkgs. yeast 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs Combine 3 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast and mix. Combine sour cream, water and butter to very warm. Add to flour mixture, beat up; add eggs and beat 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup flour to soft dough, scrape down sides and refrigerate overnight. Punch down, divide in half, roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with cutter. Put on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let raise for at least 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
