WONDERFUL OVERNIGHT ROLLS 
4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. lard or shortening
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
4 well beaten eggs
14 c. flour (approx.)

Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add lard. Remove from heat and cool until lukewarm. Stir in salt, yeast and eggs. Add enough flour to make a dough, about 14 cups.

Start at 2 p.m. Let rise until 5 p.m. and knead. Let rise until 9 p.m. Make into buns, twists or rolls. Bake next morning. Yield 9 dozen.
