BEAN SOUP 
1 pkg. white beans (dried)
2 ham hocks
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery salt
2 or 3 potatoes, diced

Brown onion and celery in Dutch oven. Add beans, ham hocks, slat, pepper and celery salt. Cover with water. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for two hours. Add potatoes and simmer for another hour.
