LOW - SODIUM, LOW - CHOLESTEROL
ORANGE SAUCE
 
6 tbsp. pure currant jelly
3 tbsp. sugar
Grated rind of 2 oranges
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne

Combine jelly, sugar, and grated oranges. Beat about 5 minutes until ingredients are thoroughly blended. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill. Yield: 4 servings.
