LOW SODIUM, LOW CHOLESTEROL
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
 
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk in double boiler; remove from heat. Mix dry ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into scalded milk and return to double boiler. Stir until thick; cook 10 minutes longer. Add vanilla. Serve hot or cold. 1-2 tablespoons per serving.

Yields approximately 1 cup.
