LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE 
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. molasses
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Several dash pepper
Dash of garlic powder

This homemade sauce has only 120 milligrams of sodium per teaspoon, less than any purchased soy sauce. Substitute this version in any recipe calling for soy sauce.

In a small saucepan combine above ingredients. Boil gently, uncovered, 5 minutes until reduced to 1/2 cup. Chill to store. Stir before using.
