CHICKEN BREASTS PIQUANTE | |
3/4 c. rose wine 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. corn oil 2 tbsp. water 6 chicken breasts, skin removed 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. brown sugar Combine wine, soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, ginger, oregano, and brown sugar. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Pour wine mixture over top. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings. |
