CHICKEN BREASTS PIQUANT 
3/4 c. rose wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 chicken breasts, split in half to make 6

Combine wine with soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, oregano and brown sugar. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish. Pour wine mixture over breasts. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yield 6 servings.
