CHICKEN PIQUANTE | |
3 frying chickens, cut into eighths and wings removed Tomato sauce, catsup and chili sauce mixed to make 1 1/2 cups Salt Accent Garlic Pepper 1/2 c. Tang Brown seasoned chicken pieces in small amount of vegetable oil. Remove from pan and place in shallow baking pan in 300 - 325 degree oven. Pour sauce of Tang and tomato items over chicken and bake about 3/4 - 1 hour or until tender, basting frequently. Yields 6 servings. |
