1 pkg. yellow, white or devil foods cake mix
4 eggs
1 env. Dream Whip, dry
1 c. water (cold)

Combine cake mix, Dream Whip, eggs and water. Blend until moistened. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
