1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 env. Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 c. water

Mix at medium speed for 4 minutes. Bake on greased, floured cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (use 1/4 less milk) 3 3/4 c.
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Mix these two together and let set.

2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained well
2 lg. Cool Whip
Crushed nuts
Maraschino cherries

Spread pudding mixture on cool cake. Top with pineapple. Spread on Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Decorate with cherry halves if desired.
