RIGATONI PASTA SALAD 
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. mustard
Onion (as much as desired)
1 green pepper
3 chopped cucumbers
Sliced black olives
1 jar pimento
1 shredded carrot

Cook pasta according to directions (I use the spiral macaroni); cool. Heat salad oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt and mustard until it begins to boil; remove from heat and cool.

Mix pasta, onion, green pepper, cucumber, black olives, pimento and carrot. Pour dressing over all and marinate 1-2 days. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
