MISSISSIPPI MUD BROWNIES | |
2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. oil 6 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box xxx sugar, sifted 6 tbsp. cocoa 1 stick melted butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows Grease 13 x 9 pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together sugar, eggs, flour, chopped nuts, oil, 6 tablespoons cocoa, salt and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes. Just before cake is done, mix frosting. If you do this too early, it will get thick and hard to frost. Mix together xxx sugar, 6 tablespoons cocoa, butter and evaporated milk. As soon as you remove cake from oven, cover with bag of mini marshmallows. Cover with icing, then cover with foil to keep heat in to melt marshmallows. Cool, then cut in small pieces. |
