CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cut into sm. pieces
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
25 butter crackers

1. Combine flour, paprika and pepper in large reclosable bag. Add chicken; close bag and shake to coat evenly.

2. In small bowl combine egg and milk. Dip coated chicken into egg mixture.

3. In reclosable bag crush crackers with rolling pin. Place dipped chicken into bag with crumbs; close bag and shake to coat evenly.

4. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-20 minutes, or until done.
