CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs, finely chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1/2 c. melted butter

Cut each breast into 6 or 8 nuggets, 1 1/2 inch squares. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, then in crumb mixture. Place nuggets in single layer on foil in cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
