PEPPY POPPY SEED PARSNIPS 
1 lb. cooked parsnips
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. poppyseed
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Mash parsnips with butter. Add remaining ingredients; mixing well. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon cayenne on top.

Serves 3-4.
