HONEYED PARSNIPS 
4 or 5 parsnips
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. butter

Peel parsnips; boil in salted water until tender. Cut into thick slices. Place in baking dish. Cover with honey, 1/2 cup water, and butter. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Turn; continue baking 10 minutes longer. The last 5 minutes, you may top with grated cheese.
