TANGY FLANK STEAK | |
1 flank steak (1 1/2 lbs.) 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. vinegar 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Place flank steak in large shallow glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade and broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
