MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. chopped onion
Garlic, whole clove split or garlic salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. beef broth (or 1 can)
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 flank steak

Combine above ingredients and simmer 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Score flank steak and place in a plastic bag. Pour marinade in and leave overnight. Turn flank steak one time so top and bottom are evenly marinated.
