TACO PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. potato flakes
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground chuck beef
1/2 c. BBQ sauce (Kraft)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans

1. Melt butter.

2. Add milk and 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix.

3. Take off heat and mix in flakes then press in pie pan.

4. Brown beef and onions then drain.

5. Stir in beans, add BBQ sauce and water.

6. Add taco mix then heat to boil.

7. Put in pie tin.

8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves 2 to 4.
